Controller and contact

SUVEKO AS, organisation number 938 279 845, is the controller for personal data used to handle enquiries and customer relationships. Contact hei@suveko.no or +47 919 08 011.

Information we process

We process your name, email, optional telephone number, postcode, optional address, job details and messages. When you use the calculator before submitting the form, window counts, sizes, access, frequency and estimates may be included. We receive photos when you send them by email. Technical providers may also process IP addresses and technical logs for operation and security. Do not send sensitive information or access credentials through the form.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to reply, assess jobs, provide quotes and fulfil agreements. For individual customers requesting a quote or entering an agreement, the basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b). General enquiries, contact with business representatives, necessary security and legal claims may rely on Article 6(1)(f), following a legitimate-interest assessment that considers your privacy. Statutory accounting obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). We do not sell personal data. Identifiable photos or testimonials for marketing require a separate agreement; a quote enquiry is not consent to marketing use.

Providers and processing locations

Netlify hosts the website. The contact form uses Web3Forms, provided by Web3Creative, and enquiries are received in Microsoft 365. These services process information for hosting, form handling, security or email. Web3Forms may store submissions and use subprocessors, including for spam prevention; it is not only a forwarding service. The provider operates in India and uses international infrastructure, so processing outside the EEA may occur. Its data processing agreement describes EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer safeguards applicable to your data.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries and quotations are retained while needed for dialogue and assessment of the job. Information no longer needed for follow-up is deleted or anonymised, unless a legal obligation or a specific legal claim requires retention. Records of completed jobs are retained as needed for the agreement, complaints and legal duties. Accounting records are retained as required by law.

Technical storage, fonts and optional measurement

Google Ads is used only after your consent to advertising measurement. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not enabled.

The calculator can carry your selections between pages in the URL. It does not put names, email addresses, addresses or message text in that URL. URLs may appear in browser history and technical logs. Fonts are hosted on this website without a connection to Google Fonts. Hosting and security providers may process technical data independently of optional measurement.

You can accept, refuse or customise advertising measurement in . The calculator and form work regardless of your choice. The Google tag is not loaded before you consent. The basis for this processing is consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

Purpose and recipient

We use Google Ads to link ad clicks to visits and successfully submitted quote enquiries, so we can evaluate advertising campaigns. Google may receive your IP address, page address, referring website, browser and device information, and advertising and cookie identifiers. Google may link this information to other information it holds. Names, email addresses, postal addresses and message text are not included in our measurement events. After a successful submission, a conversion is recorded if you have consented to advertising measurement. The event contains a random technical ID and a fixed measurement value of NOK 1. This value is not the job price or a payment.

Ad personalisation is denied in the website's consent signals. The website code does not enable Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, enhanced conversions or server-side conversion forwarding.

Google may process information outside the EEA. See Google's privacy policy and Google's information on international transfers. Contact Suveko for information about the processing terms and transfer safeguards applicable to our customer relationship with Google.

Storage and withdrawal

Your privacy choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. The record includes selected purposes, time, notice version and provider. It is not sent to Suveko as a separate consent log. You can view the time and download the record in Privacy choices. You are asked again when the choice expires or the notice version or configured providers change.

With advertising consent, campaign source may be stored in the browser tab and attached to your quote enquiry to Suveko. It is not attached without that consent. Information included in an enquiry follows the retention rules above.

You can withdraw consent through Privacy choices in the footer of every page. Further measurement stops, locally accessible measurement cookies are cleared where possible, and the Google linker's local storage is removed. The page reloads to stop code already loaded. Cookies on Google's own domains may need to be deleted through your browser. Data already sent to Google is not automatically deleted when you withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise your rights.

Browser storage

This overview describes our local storage and storage documented by Google for advertising measurement. Which Google cookies are actually used depends on ad clicks, the browser and Google settings, among other factors.

Google may also use cookies on its own domains, depending on browser and account settings. Google lists durations including 13 months for IDE/id in the EEA and two weeks for DSID. These are provider-documented examples, not confirmation that all are used during your visit. See Google's information on cookies, purposes and duration. Cookie lifetime is not the same as retention of data Google has already received.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. Where the conditions apply, you may request data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Any consent can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Erasure may be limited by statutory retention requirements or necessary legal claims. We normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

Required fields and price calculations

Required fields are needed to follow up your enquiry. You can contact us by email or telephone instead of using the form. The calculator gives an indicative estimate; it does not enter into contracts or make automated decisions with legal effect. Suveko assesses and confirms the scope and price.

We update this notice when processing practices or providers change. The date at the top shows when the text was last updated.
